Responsibilities:

    • Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring Radish is seen as a valued partner.

    • Act as the day-to-day lead on key accounts, understanding client needs and proactively offering solutions that add value.

    • Manage branding projects and ABM campaigns from strategy and creative development through to execution and results tracking.

    • Ensure seamless project management, meeting deadlines, budgets, and delivering flawless execution across all client work.

    • Work closely with internal teams—strategy, creative, content, and media—to drive high-quality output and campaign success.

    • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts, proactively suggesting ways to expand our partnerships.

    • Inspire the team with clear, effective briefs and help facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops.

    • Manage client expectations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and quick resolution of any issues.

    • Support with financial oversight of your client accounts, monitoring budgets and ensuring profitability.

    • Stay updated on B2B marketing trends and share relevant insights to benefit both clients and the agency.

Who are we looking for?

    • 4+ years of experience in account management, ideally within a B2B agency.

    • A self-motivated, ambitious individual who thrives on challenges and isn’t afraid to fail in pursuit of something exceptional.

    • Someone who doesn’t settle for standard, always pushing for work that stands out and delivers real impact.

    • A strategic thinker who believes in doing what’s right, not what’s easy, and is willing to go the extra mile to achieve the best results.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects across different accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.

    • A track record of delivering ABM and B2B campaigns, preferably with experience working with technology clients.

    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to keep workstreams on track and clients informed.

    • Digitally fluent, with an understanding of the B2B landscape and how to drive results for clients.

    • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—able to deliver compelling client presentations.

    • A collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and media teams.

    • Commercially aware, understanding the importance of resource allocation and profitability in client management.

    • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a passion for delivering great work.
