Ticketer has been revolutionising bus ticketing with its innovative products for the last ten years. In fact, if you’ve been on a bus outside of London you’ve probably used one of their machines.
They had big plans for expansion with aims to diversify their product range and enter new international markets. The problem? Their brand didn’t reflect their ambitions. So, using our unique approach to branding, we helped Ticketer make public transport personal by bringing to life their innovative technology and exceptional customer service.
The rebrand has just gone live, and we’re incredibly excited to share it with you…
How did we do it?
Well, we went back to the beginning.
Using insights from customer surveys, stakeholder workshops, client interviews and market research, we identified what makes Ticketer unique and defined the brand’s DNA. Against a backdrop of hectic and (often) frustrating passenger experiences on buses, trains and trams, Ticketer offered a simple and easy solution; they make public transport personal.
“Digital Radish has done an incredible job in capturing Ticketer’s essence and building a phenomenal brand around it. I’m still on a high about the work Digital Radish have done for us. I love it.”
John Clarfelt, Managing Director, Ticketer
We created a new visual identity, tone of voice and messaging framework that brought their brand DNA to life and reflected their core values, rolling this out across their collateral and channels.
Now Ticketer has a brand that truly reflects who they are, and can take them forward in the next stage of their journey.
