2021 has been our biggest award year in Digital Radish’s history, and we’re over the moon to announce that we were awarded Agency of the Year at this year’s B2B Marketing Awards.
On top of this drop-the-mic moment, we also won two golds and a bronze for our ABM programme for Exasol, and earlier in the month we picked up a gold at The Drum B2B Awards too.
To say we’re proud doesn’t cut it.
Agency of the Year
Agency of the Year is THE award to win. We were thrilled to have even been nominated alongside some of the biggest and best names in the industry.
So you can imagine our reaction when our name was announced…
This award shows how far Digital Radish has come since it was created by Lorna and Renaye back in 2013, both squeezed on one desk in a shared office. It’s a testament to the Digital Radish team, their energy, positivity, and outrageous talent. And it’s recognition for our boundary-pushing clients who put their trust in us to do something different.
We’re particularly proud of this award because it celebrates the Radish way of running an agency, where the value for our people, clients and the community is worth so much more than the profit delivered. You can read more about some of the reasons why Digital Radish is the best place to work here.
B2B Marketing Awards: Double Gold and a Bronze for Exasol
Our ABM engine for Exasol picked up two golds and a bronze at the B2B Marketing Awards:
- Gold: Best sales enablement initiative
- Gold: Best use of content marketing
- Bronze: Best use of ABM
Overview: ending retro expectations
For many data professionals, slow database experiences had become the norm. Our client Exasol, as the industry’s fastest database, had the opportunity to change these legacy industry expectations. So we created a fully integrated 1-1, 1-few and 1-many ABM engine, and used retro sci-fi visual inspiration to show that these expectations are now as laughably outdated as the 80s.
The real strength of this programme was how we used humour and personalisation in the creative to flex to sectors, regions, use cases and even individual accounts, changing perceptions and fuelling Exasol’s pipeline for the future. You can see the full case study here.
The Drum B2B Awards: Gold for LifeWorks
Award season isn’t just about the B2B Marketing Awards. Our work for LifeWorks picked up a gold at The Drum B2B Awards for Best Limited Budget Campaign.
Overview: wellbeing support for every kind of day
This creative campaign repositioned LifeWorks, a b2b Employee Assistance Platform (EAP), for a consumer audience, emotionally engaging employees to take advantage of the app and take care of their own everyday wellbeing.
The power of this campaign was its ability to resonate with people and the emotional challenges we all face. Research suggested that employees, more isolated than usual, were struggling with the ups and downs of daily life during the pandemic, inspiring the concept ‘wellbeing support for every kind of day’.
We’re proud to have won this award for such a worthwhile campaign, and also proud to have been able to help LifeWorks reach thousands of employees with the vital wellbeing support they needed. Take a look at the full case study here.
