Using our unique approach to branding, we redefined the brand, helping Ticketer to make public transport personal. Capturing their innovative technology and exceptional customer service, the new brand now has the differentiation needed for the future.
Ticketer has been revolutionising bus ticketing for over 10 years and is the largest ticket supplier for public transport outside of London. If you’ve been on a bus, the chances are you’ve used Ticketer’s technology. However, their brand didn’t reflect this and was not strong enough to support their ambitious plans to diversify their product range and enter new international markets.
Using insights from customer and employee surveys, stakeholder workshops, client interviews and market research, we identified what makes Ticketer unique and defined the brand’s DNA. Against a backdrop of hectic and (often) frustrating passenger experiences on buses, trains and trams, Ticketer offered a simple and easy solution: they make public transport personal.
We created a new visual identity, tone of voice and messaging framework, rolling this out across all assets, from the website to event stands and press ads. The result is something completely different, but completely true to Ticketer.
